Set-aside eligibility is governed by current SBA certification, SAM.gov representations, and each solicitation’s requirements.
Pinnacle Federal Group · Procurement Guide
Connect your requirement with PFG's consulting, construction, logistics, and technical support capabilities. Our acquisition team can provide capability information, discuss delivery requirements, and respond to your request for a quote or proposal.
Federal buyers can consider PFG for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) opportunities under FAR Subpart 19.14, subject to verification of current SBA certification and procurement-specific eligibility. The contracting officer selects the appropriate award strategy.
An eligible sole-source acquisition can streamline the award process when market research does not support an SDVOSB competition. It remains subject to the applicable acquisition requirements.
| Assigned requirement NAICS | Maximum |
|---|---|
| Manufacturing | $8.5 million |
| All other NAICS, including logistics, construction, consulting, and engineering services | $5 million |
The CO must determine that two or more eligible SDVOSB offers are not reasonably expected, PFG is responsible, and the price is fair and reasonable. The requirement must satisfy the program exclusions and 8(a) restrictions. Review FAR 19.1406.
The manufacturing limit follows the NAICS assigned to the requirement; logistics does not automatically qualify for that higher limit. These are sole-source ceilings, not general caps on competitive SDVOSB set-asides.
Subcontracting support. PFG welcomes discussions with primes seeking relevant delivery capabilities and support for their subcontracting objectives. Each pursuit should define scope, responsibilities, applicable clause flowdowns, and performance commitments.
Joint ventures and teaming agreements. PFG welcomes pre-proposal collaboration on defense and civilian opportunities. SDVOSB joint ventures must satisfy the applicable SBA eligibility and performance requirements; a teaming agreement alone does not establish eligibility. See FAR 52.219-27.
IDIQ, MATOC, and GSA Schedule opportunities. Confirm the relevant contract holder, scope, and ordering procedures before selecting a route. Orders under these vehicles follow their applicable ordering authorities; the open-market sole-source limits above do not independently authorize those orders. See FAR 19.1404.
Include your agency, solicitation or requirement number, scope, response deadline, and contracting point of contact.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
PFG is building corporate past performance. Until then, we distinguish company performance from the substantial federal, defense, acquisition, program-management, logistics, and operational experience of our leadership and team.
Lifecycle program integration, acquisition support, customer engagement, fielding coordination, and mission-focused execution across complex defense environments.
Experience supporting defense missions, operational users, cross-functional teams, and senior government stakeholders where readiness and execution matter.
Program integration experience across major defense platforms, contractor interfaces, sustainment requirements, technical coordination, and risk management.
Pinnacle Federal Group maintains strict procurement integrity. We distinguish between individual predecessor-employer experience and PFG corporate past performance. Official corporate awards and past performance summaries will be updated dynamically as they are achieved.
